Vertexing or secondary vertexing can be rerun on ESD or AOD output and jobOptions that allow for various choices of primary or secondary vertexing fitters are provided in Vertexing_jobOptions.py and VertexingSecondaryInclusive_jobOptions.py.
You can run it by simply doing the following:
athena Vertexing_jobOptions.py --filesInput=/Path_to_Files/
