The recent migration to git and the use of merge requests for continual code review has introduced a number of new tools and services instrumental to the workflow. In this section we will cover each of the main tools and services in use and illustrate their role in the review process.
As a review shifter you will be interacting with these tools on a regular basis and you should take the time to become familiar with their functionality before taking any shifts. You should also ensure that you have the appropriate access rights to navigate and make changes by going through the checklist at the end of this section.
